I survived. It hurt a LOT. I'm such a baby.
Here's me grimacing while she's about to stick me; here are the results. She said I'd be able to change jewelry in two or three weeks -- I'll put a silver hoop in the lower one then -- and two to three months to heal completely.

How cool! Looks great:)
Thanks!
I'm thinking of getting some ear work done. It is on the midlife crisis check list.
I guess this rules out nipple piercing.... ;-)
Vanx: You go.
Philip: Not a chance.
Cartilage, ugh! I'm sticking with my one earring (in the lobe).
They're feeling better already. Although I realized today, I'm sort of shell-shocked from this weekend. I feel like a human pincushion.
Well, you look really good as a human pincushion! Miss you! Michelle
Thanks, wish you could've been there (in person, not just on the phone).
yeah, when they say completely healed in 2-3 months... don't believe them. i am going on 10 months and mine is STILL healing.
but it looks good. :)
Aack, don't tell me that!
Mine are actually feeling quite a bit better. They only hurt when I clean them or bump them. But then they hurt a LOT.
