I write to imagine things differently and in imagining things differently perhaps the world will change. I write to honor beauty. I write to correspond with my friends. I write as a daily act of improvisation.
They are pretty sweet, aren't they? Yes, I saw them in the backyard when I got home from work. I grabbed my camera and went out and sat on a bench with Luna and Tango nearby while Mama and the fawns grazed. The bigger (male, I think) fawn got very curious about Tango and came over to check him out. I couldn't believe how close he got to me -- maybe six feet away.
And yes, Nancy, they'd be a lot cuter if they didn't mow down my tulips every spring -- but they're still pretty darn cute!
Rick, I will try to get over to Birdie's. I'm a little busy today ... but I will try to get caught up this weekend before I go on Internet hiatus for August.
