I love learning and have many interests, including words, images, art, history, culture, travel and the Internet. I started blogging before it was called blogging -- summer 1998, during an online editing internship at the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel.

I value honesty, integrity and authenticity.

Favorite authors include Barbara Kingsolver, Tom Robbins, Diane Ackerman, Anais Nin, Judy Blunt and John Steinbeck. My favorite movie is "Bull Durham." Too many kinds of favorite music to list. I'm also a big fan of silence.
